Tiffany’s Transformation.

Shout out to the beautiful Tiffany who has now stopped training with myself due to reaching her goal and gaining knowledge and confidence to train in a gym on her own. Tiffany lost a staggering 2.5 stone training with myself for a year outside in the super hot heat and freezing cold snowy days. Tiffany remained consistent and listened to my advice I gave her on nutrition and workout plans outside of her sessions - plus always turned up to her sessions twice a week! I loved watching her confidence grow week by week.

Tiffany first started personal training sessions with me twice a week on in July 2020. Tiffany’s major goals was to lose a total of a stone, increase fitness levels and her self-esteem. She has come so far and should be super proud of herself. Tiffany now fits into clothes comfortably and feels amazing in whatever she wears!

Actual fat loss takes time – there is no avoiding this. If you are losing weight at a faster rate of about 1lb a week, the chances are you will be losing muscle and water, not actual fat. If you are already relatively small, a half-pound a week might be what you are aiming to lose for sustained fat loss. That’s why one of the biggest things I have learnt throughout my weight-loss journey and always tell my clients, is to be PATIENT. Remember, it always about the bigger picture and not just the number on the scales!
