Welcome to my first ever blog post on my brand-new website, made together with the amazingly talented Kaly from copykaly.co.uk . I hope you love it as much as I do :)

You will find everything from single personal training sessions to packages of 20 personal training sessions - your commitment is your choice, which is why I try my best to offer a variety of personal training session packages to suit everyone’s needs.
Ultimately, it’s my goal (and my pleasure) to help you get where you want to be. If this means you would like to lose weight, I’ll create the perfect training plan for you to achieve your desired weight-loss goals. If you would like to tone up, I’ll sort you out with a bespoke fitness plan to really help you strengthen and sculpt those muscles you’d like to see changed. If you’re recovering from an injury and want to get back to your old self, I’ll get you on a great fitness programme where we will work on getting your back in shape at a healthy, steady pace.
My blog will focus on offering you important health and fitness advice; from recipes to help you keep healthy and deal with day-to-day challenges of self-care, to useful exercises to help you maintain and keep up the amazing progress you’ve made since you started your fitness journey with Rep Max Fitness.
When it comes to fitness, it’s not all about weight and weight-loss, it’s about how you feel in your body. What feels natural to you? How do you see yourself in the mirror now, and what do you want to do to change that image? Who do you want to change for? If anything, the answer to that last question should only be you.
I’ll be posting monthly blog content to help you stay informed about the right nutrition, handy tips and advice on eating patterns and exercise regimes, stories about my own struggles and fitness journey, as well as glimpses into the lives of my clients (with permission), who are the most inspirational thing about my job.
