Big shout out to my beautiful client for reaching over the -2 stone loss mark this morning even with having holidays, sickness, broken bones it shows by having one session a week you can make huge progress if you put your mind to it.

Non-scale wins include, dropping a dress size changing and practising bad habits into good ones changing and experimenting on nutrition building up strength and mobility back into hips and ankles energy increased sleeping better and no longer snoring body fat % down hydration up
