Thank you - Troopers past and present

Rep Max Fitness would not be here today without the dedication, support and loyalty of my wonderful Troopers.

Personal training stats are daunting. The average newly qualified personal trainer lasts 6 months and clients themselves rarely commit to a trainer longer than a few months. It gives me massive pride that Rep Max Fitness is approaching its third year in 2023. Further to that many of my clients continue to train with me after several years.

I want to take this moment to give thanks to all my clients and share some memories. There isn’t room to mention everyone but I promise you all are in my heart. Here are a few notable mentions and I will take the time to do more in future because you’re all special. While I am relocating to train in person to Wirral Merseyside I will continue to train many of my existing southern clients online.

First up Matt Daly one of my longest and most dedicated troopers who worked his bum off in every session and regularly left my car in a sweaty mess on the occasions I’d give him a lift to and from the gym. Matt you have been a pleasure to get to know and a true gent to train. Here’s a pic of Matt giving  a thumbs up after absolutely smashing a sweaty workout.

The RMF day out Troopers. Back in July 2020 I organised a fitness day out to Essex’s beautiful Mersea Island with a beach workout and paddle boarding. It was a truly memorable day and as with so much in life it was those I shared the day with that made it special.

Gemma Plank is legend for putting in awesome efforts to her training and having a fantastic sense of humour. Love the video of me hiding to try and jump out on you to give a joke fright but catching your neighbour instead. Cracks me up. It’s been uplifting that my clients enjoy a sense of playfulness and fun because laughter is my favourite medicine.

Tiffany Hardie it’s been wonderful getting to both train you and become your friend. The change in your confidence and physique is wonderful. Just look how badass we both look in the Rep Max Fitness Nov 21 photoshoot.

Laura Holton came across my lockdown online classes and had never worked out before. She has transformed massively over the years and now does personal training with me. She now thanks me for being left looking like this….

Rosalind is another long term client who has followed me since the start discovering the joys of working out and pushing herself. I’m really proud of my long term Troopers and the lasting habits they’ve built to improve their wellbeing. Thank you for standing by me it means the world.

Bethany Clark is a massive Harry Potter lover and one of the loveliest people you could hope to meet. It was a privilege training her towards her gorgeous wedding day and getting to attend it. I wish you and Matt much magic in your life together.

Kylie Whitfield was low on confidence and looking to regain belief in herself when we met. My goodness she has undergone such a fabulous transformation both mentally and physically. You are a dear friend to me and I loved our London adventures together. Here you are blasting out deadlifts like the super strong independent woman you are!

My number one trooper furry companion Reg was consistently there for me throughout my time in Colchester. A specialist of hugs and ruffles when celebrating happy times or when I needed them at times of struggle. Dogs give so much and come with non of the complications of human love. Whilst I know he will be well looked after now I miss him greatly and thank him for his companionship that only a dog could give.

As you can see I invest in all my Troopers lives and get to know them personally. Please contact me at  info@repmaxfitness.co.uk or 07833 250589 to find out more and become a Trooper too.
