Kylie’s Transformation.
Incredibly proud of my client! Kylie has lost a total of 7 stone and dropped 5 dress sizes (From 20 stone to 13 and Size 22 to a Size 12) since training with myself. On average Kylie has trained 2 times a week and has listened to my nutrition advice to help created a balanced lifestyle, so that she enjoys food but also sees results by being PATIENT and CONSISTENT (my 2 key words) When I first me Kylie there was no way she would step foot into a gym, I have loved watching her self-esteem and confidence grow in time and even today during her session she hit a new personal best of 80kg deadlifts (do you remember when you struggled with 2kg shoulder press girly)
My point is we all have a starting point, we all have flaws and imperfections and we all have our own journeys…and what a journey this one has been - your beautiful Kylie, keep up the amazing work.
